specifications. We also offer R&R with data analysis, capability
studies with data analysis, cleanliness checks, quality sorting and part
programming.

Calibration/Certification

Calibrate and certify gauges to standards
traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
Dependant on the type of calibration, we are able to provide some in-house
services. We also offer weekly pick-up and delivery services for our
local customers.

Repair of gauges and measuring
instruments. Including calipers, micrometers, indicators and
torque wrenches.

Gauge Design and Build

Design and build one dimension
or multi-dimension
gauges incorporating customer requirements using AutoCAD, Pro Engineer
and Solid Works.

Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering on dies or
parts using high accuracy CMMs in conjunction with Pro Engineer and AutoCAD
software systems. A laser scanning system, allows us to scan objects and make a 3D CAD model from
the scanned data.
